About My Drawings . . . [ show / hide ]

As part of my practice I feel drawing is extremely important, whether it is Life, Still Life, Architectural or drawing for Sculpture. I especially like pen & ink because of the accuracy and control of line that is required, yet the result, if well executed, can seem flowing and effortless.

Recently, I have been adding colour to the drawings, gouache which has more body than watercolour, but these drawings are still underpinned with a black ink line applied with a rigger.
